The MiNiMAX3D team assesses the dimensions of patterns, lettering, faces and other key elements to select production and finishing methods that match the agreed design.
We check critical dimensions, joints and assembly positions within the agreed scope, especially for components that must connect to other parts.
We select materials according to whether a piece will be displayed, used for test fitting, made into a mold or exposed to particular conditions. Please specify relevant loads, temperatures and chemicals before material selection.
We confirm the design, dimensions, quantity, surface details and assembly method before production, then inspect the piece against the agreed checklist before delivery.
Pieces intended for mold making or casting should be planned from the modeling stage. MiNiMAX3D gathers requirements from customers and foundries to assess part divisions and assembly methods suited to the next production stage.
Once the casting mold dimensions and mold-making requirements are known, the MiNiMAX3D team assesses where to divide the digital model to reduce later rework while preserving critical details and allowing the parts to be reassembled.
Some joint shapes allow parts to rotate. We assess suitable locating pins and alignment features to help reassemble the parts in the pose specified by the design.
If the original files are available and individual parts can be separated, we can assess producing replacements for specific sections rather than reprinting the entire piece. Feasibility depends on the piece's condition and component compatibility.
You can send photographs or the physical piece for inspection so we can assess crack repairs, reassembly and printing of missing components. Pricing and the scope of work will be provided before proceeding.
Specify dimensions, quantity, intended use, preferred printing material and the date the piece is needed. If you do not have a file, send reference images or details of the original object for an initial assessment.
